A lot of people arrive to therapy with something they can’t quite get a handle on—a question that keeps surfacing, a pattern they can feel but not yet understand, or one they understand all too well but can’t seem to shake. It might show up in relationships, at work, in how they navigate family dynamics, or simply in the quiet moments when life doesn’t feel quite like they want it to. Bearing witness to the inner lives of others is at the heart of why I do this work. Being trusted with that, with someone’s interior world, the parts that don’t get much airtime is a privilege I hold with real care. However you arrive, this space is yours a place to think out loud, to be met with warmth and without judgment, and to begin making sense of your experience in a way that’s hard to do alone.

I approach therapy in a relaxed and relational way. I’m not naïve to how messy life can get, and I won’t shy away from going there with you. I’m comfortable sitting in discomfort, willing to ask hard questions, and genuinely curious about who you are and not just what you do or how you function, but what it’s like underneath that. The goal isn’t to apply a formula, it’s to develop a nuanced understanding of you specifically: how you move through the world, what you’re carrying, and what you’re reaching for. I work with folks from a wide range of backgrounds and have a particular interest in supporting men looking to develop a deeper relationship with themselves. Whether that means building a richer emotional life, rethinking ideas about masculinity that no longer fit, or simply having a space where that kind of honesty feels possible

You don’t have to perform here, manage how you come across, or figure things out before you walk in the door. I’ll be someone in your corner paying close attention, staying honest, and bringing enough steadiness that the harder work feels possible. The aim is a life that’s more integrated: one where what you do, how you relate, and who you are on the inside are all part of the same story.
