Connor Crawford, LCSW

A lot of people arrive at therapy with something they cannot quite get a handle on. It may be a question that keeps surfacing, a pattern they can feel but do not yet understand, or one they understand all too well but cannot seem to shake. It might appear in relationships, at work, within family dynamics, or during quiet moments when life does not feel quite the way they want it to.

I approach therapy in a relaxed and relational way. I am not naïve to how messy life can become, and I will not shy away from going there with you. I am comfortable sitting with discomfort, willing to ask hard questions, and genuinely curious about who you are beneath the surface. Together, we will develop a nuanced understanding of how you move through the world, what you are carrying, and what you are reaching for.

I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and have a particular interest in supporting men who want to develop a deeper relationship with themselves. That may mean building a richer emotional life, reconsidering ideas about masculinity that no longer fit, or simply having a space where honesty feels possible. Our conversations will be direct, reflective, and grounded, with room to explore feelings, think critically, and build practical ways of navigating difficult emotions.

You do not have to perform here, manage how you come across, or figure everything out before walking through the door. I will be someone in your corner, paying close attention, staying honest, and bringing enough steadiness to make the harder work feel possible. The aim is a more integrated life where what you do, how you relate, and who you are on the inside all become part of the same story.
